Sailor with fourteen years service accused of driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) on multiple occasions. During administrative board hearing demonstrated to board members that sailor had not committed first DUI and second DUI was unfounded allegation resulting from police misconduct.

Result: Allegations of misconduct unfounded and sailor retained in the Navy and continued his career.
